Payment by Bank Transfer, Paypal, or cheques made out to Handcrafted Knives or Rory Conner.  Cash by Registered post or hand-delivered.

I ask for a deposit of half of the price to begin with. When the  knife is ready, I will send a proforma invoice for the balance. (Proforma Invoice means that you send the money and I send you the knife when I have received the payment)
