Warranty
All Rory Conner knives are guaranteed for a lifetime of normal use. Simply Return you knife to our workshop for assessment and we will repair it for you under warranty if there is a fault. Naturally this warranty does not cover knives with handles made of wood or natural materials that are subject to climatic changes, the good news is that most problems can be repaired for a modest fee.
No Quibble Returns
If you buy a Rory Conner knife and you are not delighted with it, please send it back and we will refund you the cost of the knife. Returns are hassle free, simply return the knife unused for up to 60 days from date of delivery and we will refund you.
